Hello Nadia. Thanks for this input. How do companies (or organizations) focus on the bottom line? “What are customers willing to purchase” is perhaps a better question than “how can we sell more products or services”. If purchasing decisions are based more on the quality of the customer experience today, and that of perceptions of trust in the near future, shouldn’t we be designing our processes and networks around these values?
